Batteries & charging
The indicator flashes red 3 times and the torch switches to low brightness.
The battery is low, please recharge in time.
The torch doesn't work with fully charged battery.
Please contact our local dealers near you to replace the circuit board if the battery voltage was tested within the normal range (individual batteries: 2.7~4.3V, battery packs: 10.8~17V). If the battery voltage ＜0.5V, please replace the battery with a new one. (A kind reminder that please use original DIVEPRO charger for battery charging, otherwise no battery warranty will be provided.)
The indicator shows yellow light when the battery is charging, the torch can't be switched on.
Please test whether the battery voltage is within the normal range (individual batteries: 2.7~4.3V, battery packs: 10.8~17V). If yes, please replace the charger. If the battery voltage ＜0.5V, please replace the battery with a new one. (A kind reminder that please use original DIVEPRO charger for battery charging, otherwise no battery warranty will be provided.)
It's difficult to twist/loosen the battery packs.
Please lubricate O-rings with silicone grease or replace with new O-rings.
The indicator light changes from blue to green, and then red in a short time.
1. Please test whether the battery runtime is normal or not. If yes, it's the voltage detection error which does not affect the battery normal use. 2. If the runtime is very short, the battery should be worn out, please replace it with a new one.
Using your light
The battery has power and the torch doesn't work without any loose circuit connection.
Please check if the torch is switched on following the correct operations. If yes, please contact our local dealers near you to replace the circuit board.
The torch doesn't work.
Please check whether the battery voltage is normal and the torch has any loose circuit connections, if not, please contact our local dealers near you to replace the circuit board.
The torch doesn't work while the battery indicator light works.
Please contact our local dealers near you to replace the circuit board.
The torch flashes irregularly and switches brightness levels.
Please check whether the circuit connection is loose or not. If not, please contact our local dealers near you to replace the circuit board.
The button switch doesn't connect the circuit board properly when it's pressed.
Please contact our local dealers near you to repair or replace the circuit board.
Care & service
The lens is damaged / The lens gets foggy.

The retainer ring above the circuit board gets loose.
Please tighten it with nipper pliers and apply some thread glue if possible.
The LED is obviously damaged and the light turns bluish.
Please contact our local dealers near you to replace the LED. ( Unscrew the retainer rings above the lens and the circuit boards, then replace the LED and reinstall the circuit boards.)
