DIVEPRO guarantees all lights bought from us with a 24-month warranty against defects in quality, and 6-month warranty for the batteries, chargers and etc. accessories.

When Does The 24-Month & 6-Month Warranty Start From?

The warranty period begins from the receipt of the goods by the initial consignee. In the case of resellers, this is when the vendor receives the goods from DIVEPRO. In the case of delivery methods or destinations which lack a confirmed delivery tracking date, we will take the assumption that the warranty period starts 30 days after we sent out your order.

Replacement, Repair and Return

1)   6-month free replacement:

We will repair or replace a light within 6 months of purchase for any manufacturing defects if problems come into being in normal use. We will replace the light with the same model as the one sent in. If the model has been discontinued, customers will receive a product with similar or improved performance.


2)  24-month free repair:

We offer free repair within 24 months of purchase ( for diving lights and accessories) if problems develop with normal use. Failure or damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modification or reconstruction is not included.


3)  Limited lifetime warranty: If problems develop after 24 months of the purchase (for diving lights and accessories), we will charge for parts. The total repair fee is assessed according to the cost of the replaced materials. 

4) Contact Our Dealer First: You may provide your DIVEPRO warranty Card, purchase invoice, receipt or other evidence from the sellers when you purchasing our lights and contact our dealers directly for warranty service, DIVEPRO will provide our authorized dealers with the technology and parts to service our products.


5) Shipping cost: We strongly recommend consumers to go to the local authorized dealers to purchase our products, and our local dealers will provide you with an excellent after-sale service. In order to protect the rights of our dealers, we will be directly responsible for after-sale service if products not purchased through our local dealers, but the return shipping cost is to be borne by the consumers themselves.
